The rules of using Superar

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts. When registering you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the billing cycle shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next cycle. Taxes may apply depending on your location. All payments are processed via Stripe Connect; we never store full card numbers.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you encounter an issue, contact support@superar.fit and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the Service, including (but not limited to):

• Uploading unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Sending spam, malware, or phishing attempts
• Reselling or sublicensing the platform without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Superar owns the Service, including software, design, and trademarks. You retain rights to your content but grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

Integrations (e.g., Stripe, Google) are governed by their own terms. Superar is not responsible for third-party services, and using them is at your discretion.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or create risk to other users. Sections that should reasonably survive termination (e.g., payments, intellectual property, liability) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be announced via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, unless prohibited by local law.
