How Superar protects your data

This Privacy Policy describes how Superar ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you access superar.fit (the "Website") or use our platform, apps, and services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

Information you provide: name, email, password, payment details, program content, and communications.
Automatic data: device identifiers, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
From integrations: information imported from Stripe, Google, or other services you opt into.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
Process payments and fulfill contractual obligations.
Send product updates, onboarding tips, and security notices.
Monitor usage to keep the platform secure and reliable.
Comply with legal requirements and prevent fraud.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We only share data with trusted processors who help us operate Superar (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing). These partners are bound by confidentiality agreements and only access the minimum data required. We may also share information to comply with the law or protect the rights, property, or safety of Superar, our users, or others. We never sell personal data.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, authenticate sessions, and understand product performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.

5. Data Retention

We retain information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account we delete or anonymize data, unless retention is required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights

7. International Data Transfers

Superar stores data in the European Union and the United States. When we transfer data outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We implement industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access, audit logs, and continuous monitoring. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure, so we encourage you to use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication when available.

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. When we do, we post the update date above and notify you through email or in-app alerts when appropriate.
